3.3 Identity Verification

Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If a national identity card or other documents are required, they must be submitted as directed by the support team.

3.4 Payment Details Match

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name. Payment accounts in a different name will not be accepted.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net loss.

Levels are upgraded based on play volume and activity. Cashback is added to your balance at the end of each week, and the standard withdrawal conditions apply.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct
